Learn to capitalize on strengths, target areas for development, and plan action steps to increase leadership effectiveness.
- Two one-hour individual feedback sessions
Based on Angela Duckworth’s book Grit, participants will examine the components of passion and perseverance and why grit is important, as well as how they can grow grit for themselves and influence its development in others. An assessment of individuals’ grittiness is included in this course.
